REAL ESTATE PHOTOS (Miami-Dade County)

• $200 – up to 15 processed images +$10 each additional photo (e.g. 30 photos = $350).
• locations outside of Miami-Dade County will incur additional rate based on travel time.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

Twilight Photography:
$200 for ~5-8 photos.

Aerial Photography:
$200 to cover the home and surrounding area, if added to another package & shot at the same time.

Property Videos:
1-3 minute video including aerial footage. Contact me with details for a quote.

Timelapses:
Prices vary based on the specifics of the timelapse. Please contact me for a quote.

Additional Digital Image Retouching:
$75/hr – This applies to removal or alteration of features or objects as requested by Agent.
